RASALAN is a Sydney-based industrial property advisory firm, providing strategic guidance and expert advice relating to occupancy cost management, lease reviews, and market rent negotiations.


John (co-founder of RASALAN) spent over a decade specialising in industrial property valuations, undertaking work for a variety of purposes and a wide range of clients including major banks, AREITs, national and multinational corporations (predominantly as landlords), high net worth individuals, and tenants.


In the wake of the COVID pandemic and never before seen industrial market rental growth, it became apparent industrial tenants were in dire need of fair representation and independent advice from experts with significant experience in the industrial asset class itself, when dealing with landlords who have sought to significantly (and sometimes unreasonably) increase rents.
